No, the publisher won't update the software to a 64bit compatible version. There is no information on 64bit availability or development for this application. I have tested it in Windows 8.1 X64 Pro, but it's not running at all. The setup wasn't developed to run on newer versions of Windows. You will need Windows XP installed in a virtual machine through VirtualBox to make it work.
